Very nice Luftwaffe related tag in used, but very good condition.
The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served in the 6.Kompanie Flieger Regiment 90. This regiment was formed in France in April 1943. It stayed and fought in France and ach Bataillon was stationed somewhere else such as the I.Bataillon in St. Dizier and Metz, II.Bataillon in Langres, III.Bataillon in Belfort and the IV.Bataillon in Belfort and Lunèville until the regiment was disbanned in October 1944.
What makes this tag interesting is that it's the 6th companie which is usually part of the II.Bataillon, but on this tag it was in the IV.Bataillon?
The 'T' on both parts of the tag stands for the Tetanus shot.
