Nice 3-piece Wehrmacht artillerie related award document grouping in used, but very good condition.
All 3 documents show overall normal signs of wear. They were issued to Oergefreiten Karl Timm who served in the 6.batterie Artillerie Regiment 175. This regiment was formed in late august 1939 and was part of the 75.Infanterie-Division. This division say its first combat during the invasion of France that took place in May 1940. In June 1941 it participated in the invasion of Russia and operated in areas like Cholm, Belgorod, Tscherkassy and Karpaten.
The grouping consist out;
- Berufswettkampf Urkunde issued in March 1939.
- Ostmedaille Urkunde issued on the 26th of August 1942.
- Eisernes Kreuz 2.Klasse Urkunde issued on the 21st of Februay 1943. Signed by Generalleutnant Helmuth Beukemann wearer of the Ritterkreuz and the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold.
