The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served within the 5.Kolonne Nachschub-Kolonnen-Abteilung 602. Unfortunately not a lot can be found online however we found some information that a tag of the same Kolonne was found in the area of Stalingrad.
The 'O' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
