Nice worn aluminium dog tag from a soldier who served within the 3.Kompanie Kraftfahr Ersatz Abteilung 13.
The dog tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows normal signs of wear. The abteilung was formed in August 1939 in Bamberg and was part of Division.173. In October 1942 and Ausbilungs Abteilung 13 was formed and in Mai 1943 they were merged into Kraftfahr Ersatz und Ausbildungs Abteilung 13.
The 'O' (on the back) on both parts of the tag stands for the soldiers bloodtype.
