The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows signs of wear. The abteilung was formed in August 1939 in frankfurt with 5 batteries as Flak Ersatz Abteilung 29. Only the 5.batterie was a Scheinwerfer batterie. In the winter of 1941/42 the whole abteilung was converted in to Flakscheinwerfer-Ersatz-Abteilung 29. It was stationed the entire war in Aschersleben.
The 'O' on the back on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
