The overall condition of the EK1 is used but good. It still has a lot of its finish and is complete with working pin and catch.
The core contains almost all of its original black colour and the pin is marked '20' which means the EK1 is made by 'C.F. Zimmermann' from 'Pforzheim'.
Nice example of a medal which is becoming increasingly difficult to find
