Nice worn dog tag from a soldier who served in the 2.Batterie Flak Abteilung 11 erkennungsmarke.
The dog tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served in the '2.Batterie Falk Ersatz Abteilung 11'. The abteilung was formed in the summer of 1939 in Königsberg with 4 batteries. It was moved to Stettin-Altdamm in October 1940 but returned to Königsberg in August 1941. Around late 1941 early 1942 it became Schwere Flak Ersatz Abteilung 11. The abteilung was part of Flak Ersatz Regiment 1.
