The document or 'Urkunde' shows overall normal signs of wear. It was issued to Gefreitern Andreas Bäumler on the 11th of September 1942 for his wound he got on the 2nd of August 1942. Andreas served in the 2.schwadron Aufklarungs Abteilung 94. This unit was formed in November 1940 and was part of the 4.Gebirgs-Division 'Enzian'.
