Nice zinc Luftwaffe Flak related tag in worn, but good condition.
The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served in the '2.Batterie Schwere Flak-Abteilung 625 (o)'. The 'o' behind 625 stands for 'Ortsgebunden' or 'Location-Based'. This abteilung was formed in the October 1943 with 4 batteries. It was part of Flakuntergruppe Bielefeld. It was stationed in Dorsten (Germany) the entire war.
The 'B' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
