Nice zinc Flak Scheinwerfer related tag in used, but good condition.
The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows signs of wear. The abteilung was formed as Flak Ersatz Abteilung 24 in August 1939 in Iserlohn with 4 batteries. It took part in the invasion of Denmark in May 1940. In late 1941 it was converted to Flakscheinwerfer Ersatz Abteilung 24. It was stationed the entire war in Rendsburg.
Funny thing is that they used the letter 'G' as the letter 'C' in 'Schw.'.
The 'O' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
