Nice Wehrpass that belonged to a soldier who served within the 14 Kompanie Grenadier Regiment 41(mot).
The Wehrpass shows overall signs of wear. It's complete with all pages. Every page with interesting entries have been scanned. The pass belonged to Adolf Isheim. Adolf was drafted in Januari 1938 in the 17.Ersatz Kompanie of Infanterie Regiment 63 where he trained for 3 months and then switched to the 4(M.G.).Kompanie Infanterie Ersatz Bataillon 205. This Bataillon was part of the 52.Infanterie-Division.
From August 1941 Adolf served within Infanterie Regiment 41(mot) until his tragic dead on 26.7.1943.
According to the 'Gefechtskalender' on page 32/33 Adolf saw combat in Russia in areas like Gomel,Kiev,Brjansk and Orel. Adolf was a schooled 'Fernsprecher' and he was skilled to operate the K98 and the M.G.34. He was awarded the Ostmedaille, EKII, Infanterie Sturmabzeichen and the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz.
The Wehrpass comes with its matching protection sleeve.
