The document shows overall normal signs of wear. The Infanterie Assault Badge in silver was awarded on 20.Oktober 1941. Hubert served in the 1.Kompanie Infanterie Regiment 379. This regiment was formed in 1939 and was part of the 169.Infanterie-Division. At the beginning of the war the division and its unit were stationed in the Lothringen area. In June 1941 it was moved to Finnland were it stayed untill Januari 1944 when the division moved to Norwegen. In April 1945 it fought on the Oder (Germany). The document is signed by the Regiments commander.
