Very nice zinc 1.Batterie Flak Ersatz Abteilung 62 erkennungsmarke in used, but good condition.
The dog tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served in the '1.Batterie Flak Ersatz Abteilung 62'. The abteilung was formed in the August 1939 in Oldenburg with 5 batteries. In 1941 it was converted in to schwere Flak-Ersatz-Abteilung 62. It remained the entire war in Oldenburg. In 1944 the abteilung was increased to a total of 8 batteries.
